When the grid fails this smart family will not even notice! The Fronius Solar Inverters will be controlled by the Selectronic Battery inverter which tells them to run at whatever load the house is asking for. Then as the sun goes down, the battery will begin to discharge. 

They can live off grid with the bonus of selling their excess solar to their retailer. After 12 months, they were $700 in credit!
